Booking Policy: At the time of reserving your room, one nights accommodation will be charged. The balance is due upon check in. A reservation is confirmed when one nights accommodation, agent payment, address for service or credit card details confirm your intention to stay. Full payment is required upon arrival – sites, rooms and facilities are not to be occupied until you have registered at the reception.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before arrival will receive a full refund less admin fee of 10 % of the total stay. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival – No refund. Unforeseen circumstances may be taken into consideration.

As part of our commitment to the Environment, certain facilities may be unavailable at certain times of the year – similar options will be made available at these times at Management’s discretion.
