IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Check-in time is after 2.00 pm (depending on room availability).

Check-out time is before 10.00 am.

For bookings made from 01 December 2020 onwards – all pre booked accommodation shall be paid in full 24 hours in advance of arrival

Bookings made prior to and including 30 November 2020.  All accommodation is to be paid in full at the time of arrival unless previously arranged.

Valid credit card details are to be provided on arrival for security or incidental charges.

It is recommended that all guests have travel insurance arranged before travel.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your booking at the time the reservation is made. This payment will be taken via our secure Wind Cave (formerly Payment Express) Facility. The name that will appear on your statement will be Te Anau Holiday Park LTD

RESERVATION POLICY

Credit card details are required from which full payment shall be taken 24 hours prior to arrival.  The balance (if any) is due at check in.

Reservations made via third party websites are subject to that websites booking policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY

General Cancellation policy is advised at the time of booking, if booking via a third party or OTA (Online Travel Agent) – Please read booking conditions carefully as these policies can vary.

DIRECT BOOKINGS CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before arrival: Receive a refund of deposit charged less a 10% admin fee which is calculated on total booking cost.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival: No refund – full accommodation will be charged.

Cancellations for reservations made via Third Party websites are subject to that websites cancellation policies.

In the event of a No-Show, full accommodation cost will be charged.  We will endeavour to contact the guest to clarify.  Unforeseen circumstances may be taken into consideration.

ACTIVITIES BOOKING POLICY

Full payment is required at the time of booking.  All bookings are subject to availability.  Cancellations are at the discretion of the tour operator (most require a minimum of 48 hours notice).

All Te Anau Lakeview Kiwi Holiday Park buildings & rooms are No Smoking areas which prohibits you from smoking around these areas.

Please dispose of any butts thoughtfully. Rubbish bins are provided in all areas.

Activity Bookings

Full payment is required at the time of booking. All bookings are subject to availability and 48 hours cancellation policy.  We will email you within 24 hrs to confirm your activity request.

Activity Cancellations

Cancellations are at the discretion of the tour operator (most require a minimum of 48 hours notice).

ROOM SERVICE

We complete room services for our self-contained rooms only. These are Studio Motels, Parkview and Lakeview Family Motels and Marakura rooms only.

A room services consists of Replenishing towels/tea towels and toilet paper and removal of rubbish.

Tea, coffee and other consumables including shampoo are provided upon arrival only.

Fly Buys

“Fly Buys” points are able to be earned and vouchers redeemed during your stay at Te Anau Lakeview Kiwi Holiday Park if your stay is on or prior to 28 February 2021.

These apply to the room rate only and does not include extras, shop purchases or activities you book with us. Bookings must be made directly to the Holiday Park, your valid card must be presented upon arrival, at time of payment. Minimum spend may apply.

After the 1 March 2021 we shall no longer offer the option to earn points or redeem vouchers.

Noise and Disturbance

We ask that you respect other guests by limiting noise made after 10pm. Antisocial behavior shall not be tolerated and a behavior charge of $50.00 per person may be deducted from your credit card details if you are causing a nuisance.

To address issues relating to safety, noise, disturbance & nuisance. Te Anau Lakeview Kiwi Holiday Park reserves the right to:

Card Phones:

Two Card Phones are opposite the Main Reception.

Laundries:

We have four areas where Laundries are located. All are coin operated. Wash and Drying cycles are approximately 35 minutes

The majority of our washing machines are cold wash, regular cycle but we do have hot wash or selectable cycle machines are available at 2 of the laundries.

Dryers are also available in all laundries and are coin operated. A Drying room is available at our West Arm Complex to dry larger items such as tents, backpacks and hiking boots. This heating system is on timers but it is complimentary. Hand washing facilities & clothes lines are available throughout the park.

What Do I need coins to Operate?

Washing machines only. Showers are included in camping fees.

Wifi:

Due to the remote location of Lake Te Anau, internet connections and wifi speed can vary particularly if you are accessing overseas-based websites. We have more recently just had fibre installed into the park to try to assist with the wifi connectivity.

Te Anau Free GUEST WI-FI

Terms of use: Our FREE Guest WI-FI is provided to allow guests to check emails and social media. It is not to be used to download illegal materials or information. This service is provided “as is” and is used at your own risk. We recommend you take steps to secure your personal information (e.g. firewall and antivirus). We shall not be liable for any faults, malfunctions, or problems that may occur, and shall not be obligated to rectify any such faults within any specified time frames.

Use of the WiFi signal shall be treated of acceptance of these terms of use

Wireless Internet aerials cover most of the Holiday Park Grounds with strongest reception in the Tracknet waiting room and Luxmore amenity area.

Televisions:

There are televisions in the Luxmore, Kepler and Coronation communal lounges and in our Steamers Beach Lodge and West Arm Lodge Lounges for the use by our guests.

Standard Channels 1,2,3 on all Televisions and in selected Lounges where Sky TV is advised channels include. Sky Sport 1 and 2, Sky Movies, Disney Movies and Choice.

Pets:

Te Anau Dog and Pet friendly policy: Pets, including dogs and cats are allowed with owners agreeing to the Holiday Park’s “Pet Responsibility Form”.

Conditions of stay:

  1. No pets of any nature are permitted inside any of the buildings or areas owned by the Lakeview Holiday Park
  2. All pets must be on a leash and or restrained
  3. Pets are not to cause a disturbance or be a nuisance to other guests
  4. Pets are not to be noisy or aggressive
  5. Pets are not to be left unattended
  6. Management reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the park if deemed required by management.

Please be aware that pets of all natures including birds, rats, mice, cats and dogs are not permitted inside any of the buildings or areas owned by the Lakeview Holiday Park, this is to ensure a hygienic healthy environment for all guests who use our facilities.

Management reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the park if their pets are not being controlled and/or they become a nuisance to other guests.

PRIVACY POLICY

We measure visitors to our website using Google Analytics. This records anonymous information about pages viewed within our site, how we were found and other basic information that shows somebody visited our site.

BOOKING ENGINE

We use a product called RMS to take secure bookings through our website. We use this supplier working in conjunction with Wind Cave to provide you with a reliable, seamless and secure booking process. Any personal information you share when making a booking will be shared with RMS and Wind Cave in order to process your order.

YOU TUBE

We may embed code that YouTube provides to highlight our accommodation, attractions and tours around Te Anau

You have legal control over your personal data, and so you may at any time:
